Meet Natalya 

With 20 years of practice and over a decade of specializing in the treatment of OCD and anxiety, Natalya is an expert in her field. 

Having a passion in OCD, Anxiety and Sleep/Insomnia, Natalya offers a multifaceted approach encompassing Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy & I-CBT for OCD, CBT-i (insomnia ), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with therapeutic mindfulness approaches paired with trauma- informed, attachment and developmental theory, that can be tailored to each person and their own experiences. 

She has success working with body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), along with trauma, phobias and panic, relationship issues, life transitions, depression, and domestic violence.

Natalya additional passion is in the area of supervision. As an approved Clinical Supervisor of Record (CSOR) with the ACSW, Natalya has supported the growth and development of many social work and psychology interns (students). She also provides supervision to registered mental health professionals, including Social Workers, Psychologists, and Canadian Certified Counsellors with CCPA.
